About Best Ache Relief Clinic

Best Ache Relief Clinic provides structured manual osteopathy and therapeutic massage in Coquitlam, focused on identifying and addressing the root causes of pain — not just temporary symptom relief.

Our approach is based on careful hands-on assessment, clinical reasoning, and personalized treatment planning. Each session is one-on-one and tailored to the patient’s specific mobility restrictions, muscular imbalances, and structural patterns.

Our Philosophy: Root-Cause Osteopathy & Massage Care

Pain is rarely isolated to one area. Chronic and recurring pain often develops from joint restrictions, muscle tension, posture, and movement compensation.

Our approach combines manual osteopathy and therapeutic massage to address the underlying cause of pain — not just the symptoms — so your body can move and function naturally again.

What Makes Best Ache Relief Clinic Different

Many clients come to us after physiotherapy, chiropractic care, or massage without lasting results.

We focus on:

  • Whole-body assessment
  • Personalized manual treatment
  • Gentle but effective osteopathic techniques
  • Therapeutic massage tailored to pain patterns
  • Honest care without unnecessary treatment plans

Each session is adapted to your body and condition — no routines, no rushed appointments. We assess joint mobility, structural alignment, muscular tension, and movement patterns to identify root contributors to chronic pain.

Conditions Commonly Treated

Patients seek care for a range of conditions including chronic back pain, neck stiffness, shoulder tension, joint restriction, posture-related discomfort, and recurring muscular pain.

Many individuals come to the clinic after experiencing temporary relief elsewhere and are looking for a more structured, hands-on approach focused on long-term improvement.

Our goal is to support functional movement, reduce discomfort, and help patients return to daily activities with greater ease and confidence.

Meet Your Practitioner

I am an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and therapeutic massage practitioner, practicing since 2018. Over the years, I have worked extensively with clients experiencing chronic, recurring, and complex pain conditions that have not fully resolved with standard care.

In addition to manual osteopathy, I bring several years of hands-on experience in therapeutic massage, with a strong focus on pain-related conditions rather than relaxation-based treatments. My work is centered on understanding how joint restrictions, muscle imbalance, posture, and movement patterns contribute to pain — and addressing those factors directly through targeted manual therapy.

Each session is adapted to the individual. I assess how the body compensates, where tension originates, and why symptoms persist before applying targeted manual techniques.

My goal is to help clients move with less pain, regain confidence in their bodies, and reduce the likelihood of symptoms returning — using gentle, effective hands-on techniques without forceful or aggressive methods.
