Appointment preparation (we can accept e-transfer or cash only)
Your health and privacy are our top priorities. To ensure we understand your unique health goals and provide the best care, please take a moment to fill out the intake form. After your first booking appointment, you will receive the form via email automatically.
For osteopathy services, we kindly request that you come to each appointment wearing or bringing a change of clothes. For women, a tank top and shorts or yoga-type pants are recommended, while men are advised to wear a t-shirt and shorts or comfortable pants. This allows for effective diagnosis as we need to palpate the skin without layers of clothing impeding.
For massage services, please wear underwear for your comfort and modesty.
During the Initial Appointment, a thorough assessment will be conducted, and we will discuss our findings with you. Cancellation or late policy
We understand that unexpected events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:
- Minimum 24-hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Please check you extended health benefits at least a day before to be able to cancel your appointment on time.
- No-shows: Anyone who forgets their appointment without contacting the clinic will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged 60% from their total for their “missed” appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made.
- Arriving Late: Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session; however, we will do our best to satisfy the scheduled time.
